The maintenance is very professional and friendly. He had to move an entry hall table to install a new washer, and when done, he put everything back the way it was. I recently moved from Addison and it was bittersweet. Everyone there including my neighbors were the best. The office ladies ... were always so nice and helpful and would even help me take packages to my car. Although the apartment could use some updating on the inside and the squirrels won't let you sleep, overall I had a great experience living here. When I moved in the Addisonof Collierville apartments my daughter and I had never lived in an apartment before and I was ... very nervous about it becaue of the horror stories I heard. I must say, I dont have any horror stories to tell. My experience of living in the Addison of Collierville has been great. Trina and her staff are the best and They're always smiling when I come in the office. There has never been a time that I've had a question that they haven't been able to assist me with. My work orders get done in a timely manner because I was really scared about that but again no horror stories here. Again this was my first time liviing in an apartment so I had a lot of question and was worried. They have made it feel like home for me and my daughter. My daughter loves the things they do for her and the other kids. I do too because it also made our transition a little easier. I have great neighbors and it's quite. Its been almost 7 months i am living in this appartment. Everything about this community is awesome. I woulf give 5 stars ... to the maintainamce response. They fix almost everything in your appartment before 24 hours. Recently our aircondition was fried, we complained at might and the next evening when we came home from work it was fixed. This is just one example. Staff is generous, always wearing a smile. I had great experiemce with Milli and Alysa. Location is super good. 5 stars to that as well. Management does everything possible to keep the community clean but then it also depends on the residents. For the cleanliness i would give 4 star.
